  TLDR: Extremely expensive. Confusing menu. Tiny portions. Mediocre BBQ. Free soft serve.
  
  The menu was extremely confusing. The prices were astronomical. The portions are tiny. The wait is long. The service is non existent. There were a couple of signs on the wall for specials, but other than that NO combos. Just buy it by weight and ask about sides? Too bad the employees were no help, because when I asked how this place worked they said look at the menu and choose what looks good, or get one of the combos that looked small. I did quick math in my head and said NOPE. I've been to quite a few BBQ places in my day and some of them have no menu, but they DO have very helpful people that will take care of you. Not here. Just another corporate copy of something good. I was about to walk out but my girlfriend really wanted to try it, so she ordered for me as I sat sulking in the corner. Our meals cost around $25 and the amount of food was extremely disappointing. The one bright spot was free soft serve. But we still left hungry and out a lot of money. As for the BBQ it was mediocre at best.
